Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to welcome Martha Craig to the Garner Group of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
Martha is like having your own personal concierge for the greater metro area! She’s born and bred in Baltimore City, currently lives in northern Baltimore County and knows the area like the back of her hand. Prior to her career in real estate, Martha spent years in marketing for architects, real estate developers and construction companies. She’s the daughter of an architect and married one too! Her love of home, architecture and Baltimore’s neighborhoods made the jump to real estate a natural fit.
“Martha has been licensed for several years and is looking forward to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty adding value as she continues to grow her city business and expand in service to the rural community of Monkton and the Hereford Zone where she lives with her family,” says Kimberly Kepnes, Vice President of Development for Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
You’ll notice right away that Martha doesn’t have a traditional “salesman” mentality and her warm, caring personality will set you at ease right away. She is fun to talk to and easy to trust. So if you have specific goals in mind, she has a can-do attitude and will bring creative solutions. If you’re not so sure where to start, she’ll walk you through step-by-step. Martha’s goal is to move her clients through the home selling and buying process with minimum hassle and maximum success.
When she’s not working you’re likely to find her in the garden, out for a bike ride, or attending an art exhibit in the city!
