Bob brings his 30 plus years of marketing, sales and media experience to his real estate family, Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. He knows that communication is the most important thing he brings to his clients.
“I am so happy author and communication specialists, Bob Paff, has joined Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. Bob made the decision to move his license to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty to add weight and value to his business and expand the positive influence he has worked years to affirm,” says Kimberly Kepnes, Vice President of Development at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
Bob’s message of inspiration, motivation, and empowerment has reached a diverse list of prominent institutions such as Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Notre Dame University, and PNC Bank to sharing the stage with New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Republican Presidential Candidate Dr. Ben Carson. In addition, Bob has been featured across many media outlets as a guest on the Nationally syndicated Steve Harvey show as well as having his own segments and show on Fox TV, CBS Radio, ABC and MPT.
However, Bob’s passion for life, work, and helping others succeed began long ago, outside of the spotlight, as a young boy setting up bowling pins in the basement of a Church bowling alley for three dollars a night. As the son of a factory worker and a legal secretary, Baltimore native Bob Paff’s inner strength has always been humbly rooted in the simple but powerful words of Abraham Lincoln who said “Whatever you are, be a good one.” That has since been Bob’s guiding force and life philosophy.
Bob’s natural and genuine ability to motivate and inspire others comes from his thirty plus years of life experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, caring father of six, and as a Board member of many philanthropic organizations. Having lost his son, Zachary, in 2019 to the Opioid Crisis, Bob is a frequent speaker and advocate for treatment and recovery.
